Her passion and ministry is to help both Christians and Christian leaders recover from religious & relationship trauma finding their first love again. She is the founder of Defined by God Ministries and is a certified trauma & resiliency life coach. Her informed and insightful teaching, intertwined with her own life story allows others to receive God’s healing love in their lives more readily. Anna spent many years as the senior leader of a Catch the Fire church, during which time she also founded and lead their school of ministry. She is the proud mom of 4 adult children and lives in central Texas with her two Maltese “babies”.

Janet tells her story about growing up in the church and doing "all the things" that were expected of her, only to have her world crash down all around her. She had family members suddenly pass away, she got divorced, left church, and had to start her life over at 55 years old. She had so many questions and so little answers. She had to take a time out and seek God on her own terms, and what she found was truth about who God is and who she is.
